US IT Recruiter at BMS Innolabs Software


Responsible for handling requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice, Career builder, Yahoo, Hot Jobs,), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement.
Responsible for Strategy Development process which includes understanding the client requirements & mapping the relevant targets
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore
Experience: 0 to 2 yrs
Education: (UG – Any Graduate) AND (PG – Any PG Course)
Desired Candidate Profile:
1)Willing to work as per US timings
2)Good command over various search tools & techniques
3) Experience working in BPO’s would be added advantage.
