An ER Intern helps to deliver and implement the ER program or an element of an ER program which is part of an agreed ER strategy in the country/region for an MDO priority or a GBU initiative. An “ER program” has a specific objective and is usually associated with a marketing or product initiative or ongoing “issue” in the external environment.
