Responsible for supporting a global install base of SAN and NAS systems at the enterprise and manufacturing site levels. Coordinate with global teams and provide best in class solution. Provide technical assistance and consulting to users, deploy and maintain applications and respective services, monitor and troubleshoot the environment for problems, develop tools for managing the system, and make all services available to users. Design/ Improvise architecture of the Storage environment and deploy automated processes to regain efficiencies.
