Customer Support Engineer at AGS Transact Technologies


1. Diploma/ITI/B Sc in Computer Hardware/Networking or Electronics & Communication
2. Should have knowledge of Basic electronics, Computer hardware troubleshooting and Networking concept
3. Should have minimum experience of 6 to 12 Months working in an IT Hardware & Networking Field

Should be ready Travel and work in Shifts day shifts generally
Should be ready to work in night hours during emergency
a) POS & Desktop Management/Troubleshooting
1. Hardware Troubleshooting.
2. Windows Operating system installation/troubleshooting.
3. Microsoft and other application installation &
troubleshooting.
4. Mail server/ Client Installation/ Troubleshooting.
b) Network Management
1. Local network management.
2. Installation/troubleshooting of network points.
3. Installation of networking equipments like switches, routers
and firewalls.
c) Peripherals Management
1. Other peripherals installation/troubleshooting.
d) Vendor Management.
e) Attending call received from customer as well as helpdesk
f) Preventive maintenance of the machines as per the SLA agreement.
g) Follow the SLA provided.
h) Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix.
NOTE: Candidates will be hired on Third Party Pay Roll
Location : Bengaluru/Bangalore, Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Delhi/NCR, Pune, Ahmedabad, Kolkata, Chandigarh
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: (UG – Diploma – Computers, Electronics/Telecomunication, B.Tech/B.E. – Electronics/Telecomunication, Computers) AND (PG – Post Graduation Not Required)
